Shipping policy

At Golf or Die, we aim to get your order to you quickly so you can get out on the course and start stacking chips.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (product launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the USA.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    Golf or Die is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information.

    If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@golfordiegame, and we’ll help you resolve the issue.

    Incorrect Shipping Information

    Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

    Golf or Die is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@golfordiegame.com.

    Damaged or Missing Items

    If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the issue

    We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

    Pre-Orders & Backorders

    If you purchase a pre-order or backordered item, estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.

    Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately or together depending on availability.
